Heidi Quayat

Heidi Quayat assists investors, businesses, and their employees with a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including filing employment-related petitions and meeting immigration-related compliance requirements. She has successfully concluded complex immigration matters, including employment-based Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), and Motions to Reconsider. Heidi has drafted filings in a wide variety of business immigration categories, including H-1B, O-1A, TN, L-1A, L-1B, National Interest Waiver (NIW), PERM, I-140 (EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3), I-485, N-400, E-3, EAD, Advance Parole, DS-260, and others.

Heidi received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC and graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. She holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business, where she graduated as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society.

While enrolled at Georgetown, Heidi completed an immigration-focused legal curriculum and received a Certificate in Refugees & Humanitarian Emergencies. She studied abroad in several Latin American countries and has a certificate in Spanish. Her research on immigration law and policy has been published by the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, on which she served as a contributing editor.

Heidi is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota (active) and Florida (inactive) and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
